RELATING TO POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION. Clarifies that under the Hawaii Post-Secondary Education Authorization Program, institutions may request an administrative hearing pursuant to chapter 91, HRS, for proceedings concerning denials, suspensions, or terminations. (SB987 HD1)
