RELATING TO BUILDING DESIGN FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
Clarifies that construction projects on state or county land are subject to review by the Disabilities and Communication Access Board for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act only if they are places of public accommodation or commercial facilities. (SB1115 SD1 HD1)
