RELATING TO PILOTAGE.
Exempts vessels under 300 gross tons from pilotage regulation. Requires the director of commerce and consumer affairs to develop appropriate standards for port pilot license renewal. Requires pilot license renewal to be pursuant to section 436B-13, HRS. (SB2 SD2 HD2)
