RELATING TO THE USE OF A DOG IN JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS.

Authorizes any state court to permit the use of a trained and credentialed facility dog in a judicial proceeding to facilitate the testimony of a vulnerable witness. (HB1668 CD1)
