RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

Authorizes the Governor, with the assistance of the Director of Health, to negotiate with any person for the development or expansion of a forensic facility of the Department of Health. Provides for an extended review and comment period for an environmental assessment or environmental impact statement. (CD1)
