RELATING TO ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE

Allows state and county agencies to participate in administrative procedures under chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, by including “agencies” within the definition of “persons” in section 91-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
