RELATING TO RENEWABLE FUELS TAX CREDIT

Replaces the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism requirements related to the certification, administration, and verification of the renewable fuels production tax credit with a process that requires the taxpayer to file a third-party certified statement with the Department. Applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2017.
