RELATING TO THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM

Prohibits any county from disqualifying a legal nonconforming dwelling unit from the Housing Choice Voucher Program if the unit meets zoning and building code requirements and other program standards such as health and safety standards.
