RELATING TO REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS.
Allows the real estate commission to take disciplinary action if a real estate broker or salesperson for a seller or purchaser of real estate acts in a manner that prohibits a prospective purchaser or seller from being able to retain a real estate broker or salesperson.
