Contractor Frank Coluccio Construction Co. will be repairing the grouted riprap apron upstream and downstream of the Woodlawn Drive bridge, do maintenance dredging of the Manoa Stream for approximately 400 linear feet downstream of the Woodlawn Drive bridge, and remove potential tree hazards close to the stream during construction.
A previous meeting about the project was held on Monday, May 7, 2018, at the Noelani Elementary School cafeteria.
