RELATING TO USE PERMITS FOR SMALL BOAT HARBORS

Clarifies the requirements for obtaining a small boat harbor use permit to specify the documentary requirements to obtain a permit or to be placed on the permit waitlist. Authorizes vessel inspections by the DLNR to satisfy permit requirements. (SB1124 HD1 CD1)
