MEDIA ADVISORY

 

WHAT:                      Bill signing for HB 2748 – Rental Housing Fund – which

expands living options for low and moderate-income families.

The bill increases the available funding HHFDC’s Rental

Housing Revolving Fund and Dwelling Unit Revolving Fund,

expands the general excise tax exemption for the construction

of affordable rental units, and directs the HHFDC to study

current/future needs for rental housing.
