PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PARTNERS TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR PROVIDING OVER A HALF-MILLION FLU VACCINES TO HAWAII’S KEIKI SINCE THE PROGRAM BEGAN

WHAT:
Hawaii State Department of Health launches the 9th annual Protect Hawai‘i’s Keiki: Stop Flu at School program.

More than 500,000 flu vaccines have been administered through Stop Flu at School since the program began in 2007. In celebration of this milestone achievement, First Lady Dawn Amano-Ige, will recognize public and private partners who have contributed to the success of this program. Information will be provided on the 2015 Stop Flu at School program, including announcements about parent consent forms being distributed this week and deadlines.
