DOT News Release: Kuhio Highway Contraflow will resume Monday, Jan. 3

Kuhio Highway southbound contraflow will not run Thursday, Dec. 30, due to limited holiday staffing unrelated to COVID. There will be no contraflow on Friday, Dec. 31, and Saturday, Jan. 1, in observance of the New Year holiday.
