RELATING TO NON-GENERAL FUNDS.

Repeals and abolishes various non-general funds and accounts, as recommended by the Auditor in Auditor’s Report No. 15-17, and transfers unencumbered balances. Requires the Department of Health to conduct a study on the distribution of revenues derived from fees for birth, marriage, divorce, or death certificates.
