Appropriation to the Kaho‘olawe Island Reserve Commission.

Appropriates funds to the Kaho‘olawe Island Reserve Commission for restoration and preservation projects. Requires submission of a financial self-sufficiency and sustainability plan to the Legislature no later than 20 days prior to the 2017 Regular Session.
