ATG NEWS RELEASE: Chief Investigator Daniel Hanagami receives lifetime award

HONOLULU – The State Law Enforcement and Security Coalition has honored Chief Special Investigator Daniel Hanagami of the state attorney general’s office with its prestigious Lifetime Award, Attorney General Doug Chin announced. The award was presented to Mr. Hanagami at the Coalition’s 32nd annual awards banquet today in Honolulu.

The Coalition has the common goal of working together to make Hawaii a safer place to live and work. They present this top award to an individual for a lifetime commitment to outstanding service, support, assistance, or activity that has benefited the fields of law enforcement, private security, or criminal justice.

Attorney General Chin said, “Investigator Hanagami is committed to his work for the good of the community. We are proud to see him recognized by his peers for outstanding contributions he has made throughout his career in law enforcement.”
