Submit a Flag Request

Flags delivered to the Office of the Governor according to the process outlined below will be flown above the State Capitol.

Flag Requirements: Only United States and Hawaii State flags measuring 3x5 ft. or 4x6 ft. will be flown at the Hawaii State Capitol. You must provide your own flag, and flags must be delivered to and picked up from the Office of the Governor. Flags may not be mailed to the Office of the Governor, and flags will not be returned from the Office of the Governor via mail.

Instructions: Complete the following form to submit your request. Each field marked with a red asterisk (*) is required. Please indicate if the flag is for a special occasion (retirement, birthday, anniversary, etc.) and the date you would like the flag to be flown (allow 5-10 working days from date of request). Military retirement requests should come from the retiree's Career Counselor.
