Staff will handle walk-in claimants in the mornings and scheduled appointments in the afternoons.
DLIR will continue its call center but discontinue Zoom and phone appointments once the offices are open, Perreira-Eustaquio said. People can make in-person appointments three weeks prior to Sept. 7 through a system being developed now.
