WHAT:          Bill signing ceremonies for the following:

HB 459 – Relating to Firearms: Requires written notice to certain law enforcement agencies, the court that issued a protective or restraining order on applicant, and the applicants probation or parole officer, as applicable, upon the denial of a permit.

HB 165 – Relating to Public Meetings: Requires state and county boards to make meeting documents available to the public. Clarifies notice requirements. Accounts for electronic documents and notices. 

HB 186 – Relating to Coffee Berry Borer Beetle: Extends the Coffee Berry Borer Pesticide Subsidy Program until June 30, 2021 for the purchase of pesticides to combat the pest.  Provides that no single coffee grower shall receive more than $6,000 a year in subsidies from the program.
