GOVERNOR’S OFFICE NEWS RELEASE: Flags to fly at half-staff in honor of victims of attack in Nice, France

HONOLULU — At the direction of the President of the United States, the national and state flags will be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol and upon all state offices and agencies as well as the Hawai’i National Guard in the State of Hawai’i as a mark of respect for the victims of the attack in Nice, France.

The flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on Tuesday, July 19, 2016.
