GOVERNOR’S OFFICE: Governor’s statement on 2016 elections

Posted on Nov 9, 2016 in Latest Department News, Newsroom, Office of the Governor Press Releases

The people of Hawai‘i are resilient and innovative. We have weathered the storm of the 2016 campaign and emerged stronger as we continue to embrace the values, culture and ethnic diversity that define us. We must respect the democratic process and continue setting the example by moving forward with individual and collective actions that contribute to the greater good of our children and their children, for Hawai‘i and the United States of America.

Please join me as we make this happen.

— Governor David Ige
