GOVERNOR’S OFFICE NEWS RELEASE: Flags to fly at half-staff in honor of Peace Officers Memorial Day and Police Week

HONOLULU – At the direction of the President of the United States, the United States flag shall be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol and upon all state offices and agencies as well as the Hawai‘i National Guard in the State of Hawai‘i, on Monday, May 15.­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­

This action is in honor of Peace Officers Memorial Day on May 15 and Police Week, which runs from May 14 through May 20, 2017.
