HONOLULU — (October 27, 2015) — On Thursday, leaders across the state will gather to participate in the 2015 Senior Leader Hurricane Plan/Annex Tabletop Exercise (TTX), which will serve to validate the new Hawaii Catastrophic Hurricane Plan that was signed by Governor Ige earlier this year.

The executive level exercise is designed to explore Hawaii’s risks and challenges before, during and after a catastrophic event. Discussion will center on the senior leader decision-making process and identify information necessary for senior leadership to maintain situational awareness following a catastrophic hurricane.
