ATG NEWS RELEASE: Excessive force complain against state investigator tossed
Posted on Sep 22, 2017 in Latest Department NewsHONOLULU – Hawaii federal Judge Leslie A. Kobayashi this week dismissed with prejudice a lawsuit alleging excessive force had been used by a Hawaii state investigator during an incident at Queen’s Hospital on Oahu in 2013. Judge Kobayashi’s order ends this lawsuit.
The State was represented by Deputy Attorney General Kathy Higham.
