MOBILE-FRIENDLY VERSION OF STATE NA ALA HELE TRAILS PROGRAM

Just in time for National Trails Day on Saturday June 4, 2016 Hawaii’s Na Ala Hele Trails and Access Program will be launching its redesigned website tomorrow, with cutting-edge features and a new look to make it the prime resource for hikers in Hawaii. National Trails Day celebrates the popularity of hiking and the thousands of volunteers who maintain trails across the country.

What: Demonstration of the State’s new, updated mobile friendly hiking information website.

When:
Friday, June 3, 2016
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 am.

Where: Division of Forestry and Wildlife Oahu branch baseyard and office, 2135 Makiki Heights Drive, Honolulu, HI 96822. Take Makiki St. above Nehoa, the left fork is Makiki Heights Drive, continue past the park and before the hairpin turn drive straight through into the Makiki Mini-Park, past Halau Ku Mana, to the DOFAW baseyard parking lot at the end of road. Baseyard office is located to the left. PLEASE RSVP TO 587-0320 if you plan to attend.
