DOT News Conference: Kuhio Highway southbound contraflow to close at 9:30 a.m., March 17

HDOT will begin closing the Kuhio Highway southbound contraflow between Kapule Highway and the temporary bypass at 9:30 a.m. March 17. This is to allow resources to be deployed elsewhere for flood response.
