EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY TO TEST SIREN
AT KALAMA BEACH PARK, MARCH 28, 2018

HONOLULU — The Hawaii Emergency Management Agency will test its updated siren installation at Kalama Beach Park between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Wednesday, March 28, 2018.

The siren will sound intermittently during that period to test for proper functioning.

The siren at Kalama Beach Park was replaced with updated hardware as part of HI-EMA’s ongoing siren repair and upgrade program. Other sirens will be updated and new sirens installed at various locations across the state over the coming months.
