HCDA MEDIA ADVISORY: Rescue boat arrives in Kewalo Basin Harbor

The Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA), Honolulu Emergency Services Department (ESD), and the Howard Hughes Corporation (HHC) welcome the first rescue boat stationed at Kewalo Basin Harbor.  This public-private partnership will provide first class emergency ocean response service to the Kakaako waterfront area and surrounding south shore.  City & County lifeguards will offer photographers and reporters rides aboard the new boat, and there will be multiple interview and video opportunities available.
