HONOLULU – The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) advises Oahu motorists that the Punchbowl Street offramp (Exit 21B) from the eastbound H-1 Freeway will be closed on Wednesday night, Oct. 18, 2017 through Friday morning, Oct. 20, 2017 from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for guardrail and shoulder improvement work.

Emergency vehicles, first responders, and TheBus have been notified of the roadwork and will be allowed through the work zone. Roadwork is weather permitting.
