— H-1 FREEWAY —

 

1) HONOLULU (24-HOUR WORK)

24-hour shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pali Highway overpass and the Houghtailing Street underpass on Friday, Oct. 19, through Friday, Oct. 26, for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

 

2) HONOLULU (24-HOUR WORK)

24-hour shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Kalihi Street overpass and the Liliha Street overpass on Friday, Oct. 19, through Friday, Oct. 26, for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

 

3) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions on Sunday night, Oct. 21, through Friday morning, Oct. 26, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

 

  • Two right lanes will be closed in the eastbound direction between the Gulick Avenue overpass and the Kalihi Street overpass.
  • Two right lanes will be closed in the westbound direction between the Queen Emma Street overpass and the Houghtailing Street underpass.

Roving ramp closures on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between Ainakoa Avenue and the Wilder Avenue offramp (Exit 24A) on Saturday, Oct. 20, from 2 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for maintenance work.

 

5) HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK)

Alternating lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Nimitz Highway offramp (Exit 15) and the Middle Street/Dillingham Boulevard offramp (Exit 18B) on Saturday, Oct. 20, from 5:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

6) HONOLULU

Alternating lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction in the vicinity of the Middle Street Tunnel on Monday, Oct. 22, through Friday, Oct. 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

7) KAIMUKI (DAY AND NIGHT WORK)

Up to two lanes closed the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Hunakai Street underpass and the 21st Avenue underpass on Monday, Oct. 22, through Friday, Oct. 26, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., and on Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sign work.

 

8) PEARL CITY (NIGHT WORK)

Up to three lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Halawa Interchange and the H-1/H-2 Split on Wednesday night, Oct. 24, through Friday morning, Oct. 26, from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m., for panel saw cutting work. Traffic control signs will indicate if shoulder can be used.

 

  • Two lanes will be closed from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Three lanes will be closed from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.

Left lane closure on Fort Barrette Road in the southbound direction between Kapolei Parkway and Roosevelt Avenue on Monday, Oct. 22, through Friday, Oct. 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for excavation work.

 

 

— MOKAPU SADDLE ROAD —

 

1) KAILUA

Lane closures on Mokapu Saddle Road in both directions between Nanamoana Street and Oneawa Street on Monday, Oct. 22, through Friday, Oct. 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for road resurfacing and guardrail installations.

 

On Monday, traffic going left and straight out of Ilipoa Street and in and out of Oneawa Street will be detoured onto Kainui Drive and North Kalaheo Avenue. Traffic turning left into Oneawa Street from Mokapu Boulevard will be detoured onto North Kalaheo Drive.

 

On Tuesday, construction will be repaving the intersection of Mokapu Blvd and Oneawa Street. Traffic will be stopped for up to 20 minutes at a time. Motorists have the option of either waiting at the intersection or may take Kainui Drive and North Kalaheo Avenue as an alternate route.

 

 

— KALIHI STREET —

 

1) KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on Kalihi Street in both directions between the H-1 Freeway underpass and Nimitz Highway on Sunday night, Oct. 21, through Friday morning, Oct. 26, from 7 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for equipment installations, pavement reconstruction, and lowering of manholes. Two lanes will remain open at all times.

 

 

— KAUA STREET —

Lane closure on Kaua Street in the westbound direction at the Funston Road intersection on Monday, Oct. 22, through Tuesday, Oct. 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for electrical maintenance work.

 

 

— MIDDLE STREET —

 

1) KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on Middle Street in both directions between North King Street and Kamehameha Highway on Friday night, Oct. 19, through Saturday morning, Oct. 20, and on Monday night, Oct. 22, through Friday morning, Oct. 26, from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m., for the Middle Street Pavement Reconstruction project. Traffic will be contraflowed.
