OAHU LANE CLOSURES

FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 14 – JULY 20

— H-1 FREEWAY —

1) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

24-hour shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Queen Emma Street overpass and the Nuuanu Avenue overpass on Friday, July 13, through Friday, July 20, for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

2) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

24-hour shoulder closures on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Kalihi Street overpass and the Liliha Street overpass on Friday, July 13, through Friday, July 20, for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

3) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Vineyard Boulevard offramp (Exit 22) and the School Street offramp (Exit 21A) on Sunday night, July 15, through Friday morning, July 20, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for guardrail and shoulder improvements. The westbound Punchbowl Street onramp will be closed during this time. Traffic will be detoured.

4) HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK)

Alternating lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Waikiki/Nimitz Highway offramp (Exit 18A) and the Middle Street overpass on Saturday, July 14, from 5:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., for maintenance work.

5) HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK)

Shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction in the vicinity of the Airport offramp (Exit 16) on Monday night, June 16, through Friday morning, July 20, from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for maintenance work.

6) HONOLULU

Alternating lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in both directions in the vicinity of the Gulick Avenue overpass on Thursday, July 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

7) KAPOLEI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Closure of the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Makakilo Drive overpass and the Campbell Industrial Park/Barbers Point Harbor offramp (Exit 1) on Sunday night, July 15, through Monday morning, July 16, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., nightly, for the Kapolei Interchange Complex, Phase 2 project. Traffic will be detoured.

8) KAPOLEI

Left lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Farrington Highway overpass and the Makakilo Drive overpass on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for the Kapolei Interchange Complex Phase 2 project.

9) KAPOLEI TO WAIPAHU (WEEKEND WORK)

Alternating lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in both directions on the Kalaeloa Boulevard, Makakilo Drive, and Paiwa Street ramps on Saturday, July 14, from 2 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

10) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Up to three lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the H-1/H-2 merge and the Aiea Heights Drive overpass on Friday night, July 13, through Sunday morning, July 15, for pavement work.

Friday night

Eastbound: Two lanes close at 6:30 p.m. Three lanes close at 7:30 p.m. All lanes reopen at 6:30 a.m. The shoulder will be closed.
Westbound: Two lanes close at 7:30 p.m. Three lanes close at 9 p.m. All lanes reopen at 10:30 a.m. The shoulder will be open.

Saturday night

Eastbound: One lane closed at 6 p.m. Two lanes close at 7 p.m. Three lanes close at 8 p.m. All lanes reopen at 10:30 a.m. The shoulder will be closed.
Westbound: Two lanes close at 6 p.m. Three lanes close at 9 p.m. All lanes reopen at 12:30 p.m. The shoulder will be open.

11) PEARL CITY (NIGHT WORK)

Up to three lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the H-1/H-2 merge and the Aiea Heights Drive overpass on Monday night, July 16, through Friday morning, July 20, for pavement work.

Eastbound: Two lanes close at 6:30 p.m. Three lanes close at 7:30 p.m. All lanes reopen at 4 a.m. The shoulder will be closed.

Westbound: Two lanes close at 8 p.m. Three lanes close at 9 p.m. All lanes reopen at 3 a.m. The shoulder will be open on Monday and Tuesday nights.

Two lanes closed on the H-2 Freeway in both directions between Meheula Parkway overpass and the Ka Uka Boulevard overpass on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and from 8 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for maintenance work.

2) WAIPAHU TO MILILANI
Right lane closure on the H-2 Freeway in the northbound direction between the Waiawa Interchange and the Pineapple Road overpass on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

1) MOANALUA (NIGHT WORK)

Up to two lanes closed on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway in both directions in the vicinity of the Puuloa Road overpass on Monday night, July 16, through Friday morning, July 20, from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for median work.

Eastbound: One lane closed from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Westbound: Two left lanes closed from 10:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

Right lane closure on the H-3 Freeway in the Honolulu-bound direction in the vicinity of the Harano Tunnel on Tuesday, July 17 and Thursday, July 19, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., for maintenance work.

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —

1) HONOKAI HALE

Alternating lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between the Aliinui Drive overpass and Kahe Beach Park on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for maintenance work.

2) KAPOLEI

Roving closure on Farrington Highway in the eastbound direction between Aliinui Drive and Laaloa Street on Monday, July 16, through Thursday, July 19, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., for maintenance work.

3) MAKAHA

Lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between Makua Valley Road and Kili Drive on Monday night, July 16, through Friday morning, July 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for guardrail installation and road reconstruction. Traffic will be contraflowed.

4) NANAKULI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closure on Farrington Highway in the eastbound direction between Helelua Street and Nanakuli Avenue, on Sunday night, July 15, through Friday morning, July 20, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m., for drain line installations.

5) NANAKULI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between Hakimo Road and the Aliinui Drive overpass on Sunday night, July 15, through Friday morning, July 20, from 9 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., for pavement striping.

6) NANAKULI

Lane closures on Farrington Highway in the westbound direction at the Lualualei Naval Road intersection on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

7) NANAKULI

Lane closure on Farrington Highway in the eastbound direction between Helelua Street and Nanakuli Avenue, on Monday, July 16, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., for sign installations.

8) NANAKULI

Alternating lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between Nanakuli Avenue and Haleakala Avenue on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, for the installation of traffic signals. Lane closure will occur in the westbound direction from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and in the eastbound direction from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

— KAHEKILI HIGHWAY —

1) KANEOHE

Right lane closure on Kahekili Highway in the northbound direction between Kahuhipa Street and Haiku Road on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sewer work.

— KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY —

1) AINA HAINA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Two lanes closed on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions on Sunday night, July 15, through Friday morning, July 20, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., for pavement resurfacing work. Two lanes in each direction will remain open at all times.

Sunday night

Two lanes closed in the eastbound direction between Kaai Street and West Hind Drive. Traffic will be contraflowed in the westbound lanes.

Monday night

Two lanes closed in the eastbound direction between the H-1 Freeway and Ainakoa Avenue. Two open lanes will be maintained in the eastbound direction.

Tuesday through Thursday night

Two lanes closed in the westbound direction between West Hind Drive and Ainakoa Avenue. Traffic will be contraflowed in the eastbound lanes.

2) AINA HAINA (WEEKEND WORK)

Roving lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Laukahi Street and Kalaniiki Street on Saturday, July 14, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

3) WAIMANALO

Lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in the eastbound direction between Flamingo Street and Poalima Street on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for maintenance work.

4) WAIMANALO

Roving lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Moole Street and Inoaole Street on Monday, July 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

1) HALAWA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction in the vicinity of Salt Lake Boulevard on Friday, July 13, through Friday, July 20, over a twenty-four hour period, for The Rail project.

2) HALEIWA TO KAHALUU
Roving lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Joseph P. Leong Highway and Kahekili Highway on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

3) HAUULA

Right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the northbound direction between Ahinalu Place and Kahikole Place on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sewer work. The sidewalk and bike lane will be closed during this time.

4) KAAAWA

Alternating lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the northbound direction between Kina Place and Kahana Valley Road on Monday, July 16, through Thursday, July 19, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

5) KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Up to two lanes closed on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Middle Street and Puuhale Road on Sunday night, July 15, through Friday morning, July 20, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., for The Rail project.

6) KANEOHE

Alternating lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Kaneohe Bay Drive and Mahinui Road on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., for drainage installations. On Wednesday, July 18, the lane closure will occur between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Portions of the sidewalk may be closed at various locations (depending on location of catch basin work) during the days/hours listed above. Pedestrians will be diverted at closest crosswalk to use opposite sidewalk.

7) MILILANI
Alternating lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Ka Uka Boulevard and Lanikuhana Avenue at the Kipapa Stream (Roosevelt) Bridge on Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for bridge rehabilitation work. Traffic will be contraflowed.

Roving lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Cackle Fresh Egg Farm Road and Aakahi Gulch Road on Monday, July 16, through Thursday, July 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.
