OAHU LANE CLOSURES
FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 21 – JULY 27

— H-1 FREEWAY —

1) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
24-hour shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Queen Emma Street overpass and the Nuuanu Avenue overpass on Friday, July 20, through Friday, July 27, for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

2) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
24-hour shoulder closures on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Kalihi Street overpass and the Liliha Street overpass on Friday, July 20, through Friday, July 27, for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

3) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Vineyard Boulevard offramp (Exit 22) and the School Street offramp (Exit 21A) on Sunday night, July 22, through Friday morning, July 27, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for guardrail and shoulder improvements. The westbound Punchbowl Street onramp will be closed during this time. Traffic will be detoured.

4) HONOLULU
Alternating lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in both directions in the vicinity of the Liliha Street overpass on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

5) HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK)
Shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction in the vicinity of the Airport offramp (Exit 16) and onramp on Monday night, July 23, through Friday morning, July 27, from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for maintenance work.

6) HONOLULU
Roving lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in both directions in the vicinity of the Piikoi Street onramps on Monday, July 23, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

7) KAPOLEI
Left lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Farrington Highway overpass and the Kualakai Parkway underpass on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for the Kapolei Interchange Complex Phase 2 project.

8) KAPOLEI
Right lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Kalaeloa Boulevard onramp and the Wakea Street onramp on Monday, July 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for the Kapolei Interchange Complex Phase 2 project.

Roving lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction on the Kalaeloa Boulevard and Makakilo Drive onramps on Saturday, July 21, from 2 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for maintenance work.

10) PEARL CITY
Left lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the H-1/H-2 merge and the Waiawa Road overpass on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

11) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Up to three lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the H-1/H-2 merge and the Aiea Heights Drive overpass on Friday night, July 20, through Sunday morning, July 22, for pavement work.

Friday night
• Eastbound: Two lanes close at 6:30 p.m. Three lanes close at 7:30 p.m. All lanes reopen at 6:30 a.m. The shoulder will be closed.
• Westbound: Two lanes close at 7:30 p.m. Three lanes close at 9 p.m. All lanes reopen at 10:30 a.m. The shoulder will be closed.

Saturday night
• Eastbound: Two lanes close at 7 p.m. Three lanes close at 8 p.m. All lanes reopen at 9 a.m. The shoulder will be open.
• Westbound: Two lanes close at 6 p.m. Three lanes close at 9 p.m. All lanes reopen at 12:30 p.m. The shoulder will be closed.

12) PEARL CITY (NIGHT WORK)
Up to three lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the H-1/H-2 merge and the Aiea Heights Drive overpass on Monday night, July 23, through Friday morning, July 27, for pavement work.

14) PEARL HARBOR (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Ramp closures on the H-1 Freeway in both directions at the Pearl Harbor Interchange on Sunday night, July 22, through Friday morning, July 27, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., for The Rail project.

Lane closure on the H-2 Freeway in the northbound direction between the Waiawa Interchange and the Wahiawa offramp (Exit 8) on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for guardrail work.

— H-201 MOANALUA FREEWAY —

1) HALAWA
Right lane closure on the H-201 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Halawa/Stadium/Camp Smith offramp (Exit 1E) and Kamehameha Highway on Tuesday, July 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for maintenance work.

2) MOANALUA (NIGHT WORK)
Up to two lanes closed on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway in both directions in the vicinity of the Puuloa Road overpass on Monday night, July 23, through Friday morning, July 27, from 10:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for median work.

• Monday through Thursday nights: Two lanes closed westbound
• Wednesday and Thursday nights: One lane closed eastbound

— H-3 FREEWAY —

1) KANEOHE
Right lane closure on the H-3 Freeway in the Kaneohe-bound direction in the vicinity of the Harano Tunnel on Tuesday, July 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., for maintenance work.

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —

1) HONOKAI HALE
Lane closure on Farrington Highway in the westbound direction between the Aliinui Drive overpass and Pohakunui Avenue on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

2) MAKAHA
Lane closure on Farrington Highway in the westbound direction between Alawa Place and Maiuu Road on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

3) MAKAHA
Lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between Makua Valley Road and Kili Drive on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for guardrail installation. Traffic will be contraflowed.

4) MAKAHA
Roving lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between Makua Valley Road and Lawaia Street on Monday, July 23, from 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

5) MOKULEIA
Alternating lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions in the vicinity of Mahinaai Street on Monday, July 23, through Tuesday, July 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for electrical maintenance work. Flaggers will direct traffic.

6) NANAKULI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between Hakimo Road and the Aliinui Drive overpass on Sunday night, July 22, through Friday morning, July 27, from 9 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., for pavement striping.

7) NANAKULI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Lane closure on Farrington Highway in the eastbound direction between Helelua Street and Nanakuli Avenue, on Sunday night, July 22, through Friday morning, July 27, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m., for drain line installations. The mauka sidewalk will be closed. Pedestrians will be able to use the makai sidewalk.

8) NANAKULI
Alternating lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between Nanakuli Avenue and Haleakala Avenue on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, for the installation of traffic signals. Lane closure will occur in the westbound direction from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and in the eastbound direction from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

9) WAIANAE (WEEKEND WORK)
Roving closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between Mailiilii Road and Maiuu Road on Saturday, July 21, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

— KAHEKILI HIGHWAY —

1) KANEOHE
Right lane closure on Kahekili Highway in the northbound direction between Kahuhipa Street and Haiku Road on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sewer work. The sidewalk and bike lane will be closed during this time.

— KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY —

1) AINA HAINA (WEEKEND WORK)
Roving lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Laukahi Street and Kalaniiki Street on Saturday, July 21, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

2) AINA HAINA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Two lanes closed on Kalanianaole Highway in the eastbound direction between Ainakoa Avenue and West Hind Drive on Sunday night, July 22, through Friday morning, July 27, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., for pavement resurfacing work. Traffic will be contraflowed in the westbound lanes. Two lanes in each direction will remain open at all times.

3) HAWAII KAI
Roving lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Lunalilo Home Road and Makapuu Lighthouse Road on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

4) HAWAII KAI
Right lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in the eastbound direction between Kawaihae Street and Hawaii Kai Drive on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for paving work.

5) KAILUA
Right lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Kailua Road and Uluhala Street on Tuesday, July 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for electrical maintenance work.

6) WAIMANALO
Roving lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Moole Street and Inoaole Street on Monday, July 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for electrical maintenance work.

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

1) HALEIWA TO KAHALUU
Roving lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Joseph P. Leong Highway and Kahekili Highway on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

2) HAUULA
Right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the northbound direction between Ahinalu Place and Kahikole Place on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sewer work. The sidewalk and bike lane will be closed during this time.

3) HAUULA
Lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the southbound direction in the vicinity of Hula Hula Place on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for tree trimming. The sidewalk and bike lane will be closed during this time.

4) KAAAWA
Roving closure on Kamehameha Highway in the northbound direction between Johnson Road and Kahana Valley Road on Monday, July 23, through Thursday, July 26, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

5) KAHUKU TO PUPUKEA
Lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction between Pualalea Street and Kaunala Street on Tuesday, July 24, through Thursday, July 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for pole replacements. The sidewalk and bike lane will be closed during this time.

6) KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Up to two lanes closed on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Middle Street and Puuhale Road on Sunday night, July 22, through Friday morning, July 27, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., for The Rail project.

7) KANEOHE
Alternating lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Kaneohe Bay Drive and Mahinui Road on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., for drainage installations. On Wednesday, July 25, the lane closure will occur between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Portions of the sidewalk may be closed at various locations (depending on location of catch basin work) during the days/hours listed above. Pedestrians will be diverted at closest crosswalk to use opposite sidewalk.

8) KANEOHE
Right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the Kaneohe-bound direction in the vicinity of the H-3 Freeway overpass on Wednesday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., for maintenance work.

9) LAIE
Roving lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Cackle Fresh Egg Farm Road and Aakahi Gulch Road on Monday, July 23, through Thursday, July 26, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

10) MILILANI
Alternating lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Ka Uka Boulevard and Lanikuhana Avenue at the Kipapa Stream (Roosevelt) Bridge on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for bridge rehabilitation work. Traffic will be contraflowed.

11) MILILANI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Closure of Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Ka Uka Boulevard and Lanikuhana Avenue from 9 p.m. on Friday night, July 20, continuously through 5 a.m. on Monday morning, July 23, for bridge rehabilitation work. Use the H-2 Freeway as an alternate route.

12) PEARL CITY (NIGHT WORK)
Lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction between Kuala Street and the H-2 Freeway on Monday night, July 23, through Friday morning, July 27, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for maintenance work.

13) PUNALUU
Lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the southbound direction in the vicinity of Punaluu Valley Road on Monday, July 23, through Friday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for tree trimming. The sidewalk and bike lane will be closed during this time.

14) PUPUKEA TO KAHUKU
Roving lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Kaunala Street and Malaekahana Valley Road on Tuesday, July 24, through Thursday, July 26, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

15) WAHIAWA
Alternating lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions in the vicinity of Kamananui Road on Wednesday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for electrical maintenance work.

16) WAHIAWA (WEEKEND WORK)
Alternating lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Kilani Avenue and Whitmore Avenue at the Karsten Thot Bridge on Saturday, July 21, from 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., for maintenance work.
