OAHU LANE CLOSURES
FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 28 – AUG. 3

— H-1 FREEWAY —

1) EWA (WEEKEND WORK)
Lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction in the vicinity of the Fort Weaver Road underpass on Saturday, July 28, from 5:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., for maintenance work.

2) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
24-hour shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Queen Emma Street overpass and the Nuuanu Avenue overpass on Friday, July 27, through Friday, Aug. 3, for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

3) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
24-hour shoulder closures on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Kalihi Street overpass and the Liliha Street overpass on Friday, July 27, through Friday, Aug. 3, for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

4) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Vineyard Boulevard offramp (Exit 22) and the School Street offramp (Exit 21A) on Sunday night, July 29, through Friday morning, Aug. 3, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for guardrail and shoulder improvements. The westbound Punchbowl Street onramp will be closed during this time. Traffic will be detoured.

5) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Left lane closure on the Pali Highway onramp to the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction on Sunday night, July 29, through Friday morning, Aug. 3, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

6) HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK)
Shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction in the vicinity of the Airport offramp (Exit 16) and onramp on Monday night, July 30, through Friday morning, Aug. 3, from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for maintenance work.

7) HONOLULU
Lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pali Highway overpass and the Palama Street offramp (Exit 20C) on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for slope excavation work.

8) KAPOLEI
Left lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Wakea Street onramp and the Kualakai Parkway underpass on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for the Kapolei Interchange Complex Phase 2 project.

Left lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Farrington Highway overpass and the Kualakai Parkway underpass on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for the Kapolei Interchange Complex Phase 2 project.

10) KAPOLEI TO WAIPAHU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Right lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Makakilo Drive overpass and the Waipahu/Pearl City offramp (Exit 8A) on Sunday night, July 29, through Friday morning, Aug. 3, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for sign work.

11) PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Up to three lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the H-1/H-2 merge and the Aiea Heights Drive overpass on Friday night, July 27, through Sunday morning, July 29, for pavement work.

Friday night
• Eastbound: Two lanes close at 6:30 p.m. Three lanes close at 7:30 p.m. All lanes reopen at 6:30 a.m. The shoulder will be closed.
• Westbound: Two lanes close at 7:30 p.m. Three lanes close at 9 p.m. All lanes reopen at 10:30 a.m. The shoulder will be open.

Saturday night
• Eastbound: One lane closes at 6 p.m. Two lanes close at 7 p.m. Three lanes close at 8 p.m. All lanes reopen at 10:30 a.m. The shoulder will be closed.
• Westbound: Two lanes close at 6 p.m. Three lanes close at 9 p.m. All lanes reopen at 12:30 p.m. The shoulder will be open.

12) PEARL CITY (NIGHT WORK)
Up to three lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the H-1/H-2 merge and the Aiea Heights Drive overpass on Monday night, July 30, through Friday morning, Aug. 3, (eastbound) and Wednesday night, Aug. 1, through Friday morning, Aug. 3, (westbound) for pavement work.

• Eastbound: Two lanes close at 6:30 p.m. Three lanes close at 7:30 p.m. All lanes reopen at 4 a.m. The shoulder will be open.
• Westbound: Two lanes close at 8 p.m. Three lanes close at 9 p.m. All lanes reopen at 3 a.m. The shoulder will be open on Wednesday night and closed on Thursday night. This includes a closure of the Moanalua Road onramp to the westbound H-1 Freeway from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m.

Right lane closure on the H-2 Freeway in the northbound direction between the Ka Uka Boulevard overpass and the Pineapple Road overpass on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

— H-201 MOANALUA FREEWAY —

1) AIEA
Lane closure on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway in the westbound direction in the vicinity of the Aiea Heights Drive overpass on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for median work.

2) MOANALUA (NIGHT WORK)
Lane closures on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway in the westbound direction in the vicinity of the Puuloa Road overpass on, from 10:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for sign installation work.

• Two lane closures on Monday, July 30.
• Full closure on Tuesday, July 31, through Friday morning, Aug. 3.

3) MOANALUA
Alternating lane closure on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway in both directions between the Middle Street overpass and the Puuloa Road overpass on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

1) HONOKAI HALE
Alternating lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between the Aliinui Drive overpass and Kahe Beach Park on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

2) KAPOLEI
Roving closure on Farrington Highway in the eastbound direction between Aliinui Drive and Laaloa Street on Monday, July 30, through Thursday, Aug. 2, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., for maintenance work.

3) NANAKULI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between Hakimo Road and Helelua Street on Sunday night, July 29, through Friday morning, Aug. 3, from 9 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., for pavement striping.

4) NANAKULI
Alternating lane closure on Farrington Highway in both directions between Nanakuli Avenue and Haleakala Avenue on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, for the installation of traffic signals. Lane closure will occur in the westbound direction from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and in the eastbound direction from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

5) WAIANAE
Lane closure on Farrington Highway in the westbound direction between Moua Street and Upena Street on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for maintenance work.

— KAHEKILI HIGHWAY —

1) KANEOHE
Right lane closure on Kahekili Highway in the northbound direction between Kahuhipa Street and Haiku Road on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sewer work. The sidewalk and bike lane will be closed during this time.

— KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY —

1) AINA HAINA (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Two lanes closed on Kalanianaole Highway between Waiholo Street and Wet Hind Drive on Sunday night, July 29, through Friday morning, Aug. 3, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., for pavement resurfacing work. Traffic will be contraflowed in the opposite direction. Two lanes in each direction will remain open at all times.

Sunday night and Monday night
• Two lanes closed in the eastbound direction between Waiholo Street and West Hind Drive. Traffic will be contraflowed in the westbound lanes.

Tuesday night through Friday morning
• Two lanes closed in the westbound direction between West Hind Drive and Analii Street. Traffic will be contraflowed in the eastbound lanes.

2) AINA HAINA (WEEKEND WORK)
Roving lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Laukahi Street and Kalaniiki Street on Saturday, July 28, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

3) HAWAII KAI
Right lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in the eastbound direction between Kawaihae Street and Hawaii Kai Drive on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for paving work.

4) KAILUA
Roving lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in the eastbound direction between Kamehameha Highway and Kailua Road on Monday, July 30, through Thursday, Aug. 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., for maintenance work.

5) KAILUA
Right lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Uluhala Street and Kailua Road on Monday, July 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

6) WAIMANALO
Lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in the eastbound direction between Flamingo Street and Poalima Street on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for maintenance work.

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

1) HALEIWA TO KAHALUU
Roving lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Joseph P. Leong Highway and Kahekili Highway on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

2) HAUULA
Right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the northbound direction between Ahinalu Place and Kahikole Place on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sewer work. The sidewalk and bike lane will be closed during this time.

3) HAUULA
Lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the southbound direction in the vicinity of Hula Hula Place on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for tree trimming. The sidewalk and bike lane will be closed during this time.

4) KAAAWA
Alternating lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the northbound direction between Kina Place and Kahana Valley Road on Monday, July 30, through Thursday, Aug. 2, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

5) KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Up to two lanes closed on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Middle Street and Puuhale Road on Sunday night, July 29, through Friday morning, Aug. 3, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., for The Rail project.

6) KANEOHE
Alternating lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Kaneohe Bay Drive and Mahinui Road on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., for drainage installations. On Wednesday, Aug. 1, the lane closure will occur between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Portions of the sidewalk may be closed at various locations (depending on location of catch basin work) during the days/hours listed above. Pedestrians will be diverted at closest crosswalk to use opposite sidewalk.

7) LAIE
Roving lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Cackle Fresh Egg Farm Road and Aakahi Gulch Road on Monday, July 30, through Friday, Aug. 3, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

8) PEARL CITY
Alternating lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Acacia Road and Kuala Street on Wednesday, Aug. 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

9) PUPUKEA (WEEKEND WORK)
Roving lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Kaunala Street and Kuilima Drive on Saturday, July 28, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

Roving lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Kaunala Street and Pualalea Street on Monday, July 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for maintenance work.
