WESTBOUND H-1 FREEWAY CLOSURES FOR OVERHEAD SIGN WORK IN PEARL CITY BEGIN TUESDAY NIGHT, JAN. 2

HONOLULU – The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) advises Oahu motorists of nightly closures on the westbound H-1 Freeway for overhead sign work at the Kaahumanu Street overpass.

Three lanes will be closed between the Kaonohi Street overpass and the Pearl City/Waimalu offramp (Exit 10) on Tuesday night, Jan. 2, 2017 through Friday morning, Jan. 5, 2017 from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., nightly. If necessary, a fourth lane will be closed between the hours of 12 a.m. midnight and 4:30 a.m.

Electronic message boards will be posted to notify motorists of the closures. Roadwork is weather permitting.
