HONOLULU – Under an agreement facilitated by the state Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism (DBEDT), Gov. David Y. Ige, will sign an historic agreement with delegates from Goa, a state in India, to establish a sister-state relationship. This will be Hawaii’s first sister-state relationship with a jurisdiction in India.
