NEWS RELEASE: Select DHS Kauai Office Moving Next Week

Līhuʻe, HI – Some of the Department of Human Services (DHS) Kauaʻi offices will get a new home next week. Offices for the Benefit, Employment and Support Services Divisions will soon be located in one place at the former Līhuʻe Courthouse Building on Umi St.

In anticipation of this move, the department would like to alert the public that the below offices will be closed on the following days:
• Kauaʻi Processing Center – ʻEleʻele – will be closed on March 21, 2018
• Kauaʻi South Unit First-to-Work and Child Care Licensing – Līhuʻe – will be closed on March 22, 2018
• Kauaʻi Processing Center – Līhuʻe – will be closed on March 22, 2018

Each office will reopen the next day in the new location at 3059 Umi St., Līhuʻe, HI 96766.
