OAHU LANE CLOSURES FOR THE WEEK OF DEC. 16 – DEC. 22

There will be no lane closures scheduled for Friday, Dec. 22, due to HDOT’s Holiday Lane Closure Restriction from Dec. 22 – Dec. 26.

— H-1 FREEWAY —

1) AIEA TO KUNIA
Alternating lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Kaimakani Street overpass and the Kunia Road underpass on Monday, Dec. 18, through Thursday, Dec. 21, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., for pothole patching.

2) HALAWA TO PEARL CITY (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Two lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Aiea Heights Drive overpass and the H-1/H-2 split on Sunday night, Dec. 17, through Thursday morning, Dec. 21, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for striping work.

3) HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK)
Left lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Aala Street overpass and the Pali Highway overpass on Wednesday night, Dec. 20, through Thursday morning, Dec. 21, from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., for pole installation work.

4) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Closure of the H-1 Freeway in the westbound between the Vineyard Boulevard offramp (Exit 22) and the Vineyard Boulevard/Halona Street onramp on Sunday night, Dec. 17, 2017 through Monday morning, Dec. 18, 2017 from 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. for underpass lighting replacement work.

Westbound H-1 Freeway traffic will be detoured around the closure via the Vineyard Boulevard offramp (Exit 22) to Vineyard Boulevard and may reenter the freeway at the North Vineyard Boulevard onramp.

5) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Up to three right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Palama Street underpass and the Queen Emma Street overpass on Sunday night, Dec. 17, through Thursday morning, Dec. 21, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

6) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
24-hour shoulder closures on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction in the vicinity of the Liliha Street overpass, Aala Street overpass and Queen Emma Street overpass on Friday, Dec. 15, through Thursday, Dec. 21, for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

7) KAPOLEI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Closure of the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Campbell Industrial Park/Barbers Point Harbor offramp (Exit 1A) and the Farrington Highway Overpass on Sunday night, Dec. 17, through Thursday morning, Dec. 21, from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. and on Thursday night, Dec. 21, from 9 p.m. to 11:59 p.m., for the Kapolei Interchange Complex Phase 2 project.

Shoulder closures on the H-1 Freeway onramps and offramps in the westbound direction between the Elliott Street Underpass and the Kaamilo Street overpass on Monday, Dec. 18, through Thursday, Dec. 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for survey work.

2) NANAKULI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
One lane closure on Farrington Highway in the eastbound direction between Haleakala Avenue and Nanakuli Avenue on Friday night, Dec. 15, through Saturday morning, Dec. 16, from 10 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. and Sunday night, Dec. 17, through Thursday morning, Dec. 21, from 8:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., for utility installations. The crosswalk in front of Ka Waihona School will also be closed.
