WHAT: Bill signing ceremonies for the following:

HB 2596: Vessel Title Act – Requires certain vessel owners to
apply for certificate of title within 20 days of becoming an
owner, or establishing principal use of vessel.

HB 2215: Passing/Overtaking Bicycles – Requires drivers to
allow at least three feet of separation between the vehicle and
bicyclist when passing/overtaking.

HB 2442: Abandoned Vehicles — Requires counties to take into
custody any abandoned vehicle on a public road within 10
business days.
