WHAT:                      News Conference —  Department of Hawaiian Home Lands adoption of Chapter 10-7 Hawai‘i Administrative Rules: “Planned Communities, Multi-Family Complexes and Rental Housing.” The new administrative rules will expand residential lease offerings to include multi-family housing, along with rental and kupuna housing opportunities.
