HONOLULU – Gov. David Ige signed a fourth supplementary proclamation extending the emergency relief period for the Kaua‘i floods that occurred in April 2018.

This fourth supplementary proclamation, which applies to Kaua‘i only, once again extends the authority to spend state funds as appropriated to protect the health, safety and welfare of Garden Island residents. This fourth supplementary proclamation extends the disaster emergency relief period for Kaua‘i until Dec. 14, 2018.
