PSD NEWS RELEASE: OCCC furlough program inmate fails to return to facility

HONOLULU – Work furlough program inmate Ryan Walker failed to return to Module 20 last night. Walker left at 6 p.m. on a program pass and was scheduled to return at 9:30 p.m. State Sheriffs and Honolulu Police were notified. 

35-year old Walker is classified as community custody which is the lowest custody level.  He is 6’1” and weighs 183 lbs.  He has brown hair and eyes.

Walker was serving time for Sex Assault 2 and Burglary 1. Escape 2 is expected to be added to his charges. His next parole hearing is scheduled for October 2016.
