PSD NEWS RELEASE: OCCC work furlough inmate fails to return to facility

HONOLULU – Oahu Community Correctional Center (OCCC) work furlough inmate Martin Williams left Module 20 this morning to go to work. He was scheduled to return by 4:30 p.m. Sheriffs and Honolulu Police were notified.

Williams is 35-years old. He is 5’7″ tall and weighs 165 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Williams is serving time for Promoting a Dangerous Drug 2. He faces an additional escape charge when found.

Williams is a community custody inmate in the work furlough program with pass privileges. Community custody is the lowest classification status.
