NEWS RELEASE: Flags to fly at half-staff in honor of Peace Officer Memorial Day and Police Week 2015

HONOLULU — At the direction of the President of the United States, national and state flags shall be flown at half-staff on Friday, May 15, 2015 until sundown, in recognition of Peace Officers Memorial Day and Police Week.

Flags will be lowered to honor the men and women who have dedicated their lives to maintaining public safety and holding accountable those who break the law.
