HONOLULU – COVID-19 testing is continuously being conducted in the state prisons and jails as well as in the contracted Saguaro Correctional Center in Eloy, AZ. The latest testing updates received for the correctional facilities are as follows:

Women’s Community Correctional Center – 71 inmate test results; 24 positive, 47 negative.

Oahu Community Correctional Center – 33 inmate results; 11 positive, 22 negative. Two (2) staff have recovered.

Maui Community Correctional Center – Three (3) staff test result; two (2) positive, one (1) negative. Three (3) staff have recovered. 27 negative inmate test results.

Halawa Correctional Facility – Two (2) positive employee test results.

Hawaii Community Correctional Center – One (1) positive staff test result. Nine (9) negative inmate test results.

Waiawa Correctional Facility – One (1) positive staff test result. (1) negative inmate test result.

Kauai Community Correctional Center – Two (2) staff have recovered. One (1) negative inmate test result.

COVID-19 updates for other PSD Divisions are as follows:

Sheriff Division – One (1) positive staff test results. Five (5) Sheriff Division employees have recovered and returned to work.
